Well, I got the apartment pretty clean, and Bobby got in around 3am. I spent most of the remainder of the day relaxing and playing VR with some VR friends, including a beta-testing game called Pavlov which is loads of fun.

My morning run wasn't too bad, and I'm starting to make it a habit, which feels good. I really am starting to feel old physically, and I think it's less my age and more my inactivity. I'm hoping this gets me motivated as it gets easier!
